Luc Lybaert and Trees Claes live in Ghent and have a special liking for wine. In 2003, Luc decided to dedicate himself to viticulture and bought a vineyard in Piémont Cevenol (Duché d’Uzes), stretching over an area of 15 hectares.
Luc: “It wasn’t exactly my intention to fill a niche. My philosophy – also as a manuel therapist – has always been: to start from the power and harmony in nature to achieve optimal results.”
Jointly with a few partners, Luc formed the SARL Lous Grezes company. Thanks to his wife Trees Claes, he was able to realize his dream to become a wine-grower. Their goal is to create pure and healthy, qualitative natural wine, due to the great lack thereof on the wine market. Beside this, he still practices his profession as a manuel therapist in Belgium.
